About me
Namaste! I’m Shubhangi Chauhan a certified Hatha Yoga teacher with a Master’s degree in Yoga and over 3 years of professional teaching experience. I’ve had the privilege of guiding students from all walks of life through both online and in-person sessions, helping them build strength, flexibility, balance, and inner peace.
With a strong foundation in traditional yoga, I specialize in yoga for flexibility, strength, restorative asanas, meditation, shatkarm practices, and Yoga Nidra. Over time, my work has expanded to include personal consultations, wellness retreats in the mountains, and lifestyle-based diet guidance rooted in natural and holistic health.

"What should I bring to my first session?"
Bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, and wear comfortable clothing. Optional items include yoga blocks (for support) and a strap (for stretching). Don’t own props? No worries—I’ll suggest household alternatives (e.g., a thick book instead of a block).
“Can I reschedule a booked session?”
Yes! Reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your session. You can reschedule directly via your booking confirmation email.
"Are online classes as effective as in-person?"
Yes. Online sessions are live and interactive, with real-time feedback on your posture. I’ll guide adjustments verbally or demonstrate modifications on camera. Many students find online classes just as rewarding, especially with flexible timings.
