About me

Namaste! I’m Shubhangi Chauhan a certified Hatha Yoga teacher with a Master’s degree in Yoga and over 3 years of professional teaching experience. I’ve had the privilege of guiding students from all walks of life through both online and in-person sessions, helping them build strength, flexibility, balance, and inner peace.

With a strong foundation in traditional yoga, I specialize in yoga for flexibility, strength, restorative asanas, meditation, shatkarm practices, and Yoga Nidra. Over time, my work has expanded to include personal consultations, wellness retreats in the mountains, and lifestyle-based diet guidance rooted in natural and holistic health.

Through my classes, content, and retreats, my aim is to create a safe, inclusive, and mindful space where you can reconnect with yourself. Whether you’re just starting or seeking to deepen your practice, you can expect authenticity, compassion, knowledge, and complete support in your journey.

Bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, and wear comfortable clothing. Optional items include yoga blocks (for support) and a strap (for stretching). Don’t own props? No worries—I’ll suggest household alternatives (e.g., a thick book instead of a block).
